Students are particularly encouraged to participate in the Conference. The objective is to offer the Students a genuine opportunity to discuss their ongoing research and position it from a practical knowledge standpoint. This offers Students a unique chance to establish collaboration links with practitioners and specialists from the academia to the industry in the specific area of Electromagnetic Fields.
To promote the Students participation, in addition to the reduced fee offered by the Organisation, Students are invited to participate in the Doctoral Research Track Panel, and also to apply for the grant in the ISEF2025 Student Grant Competition, promoted by ReiNtransf, which covers the registration fee.
ISEF2025 Doctoral Researcher Track Panel
The aim of this panel is to provide a dynamic and supportive space for early-career doctoral researchers to present their ongoing work, receive constructive feedback, and engage in collaborative discussions with both their peers and senior researchers. This initiative is designed to help young researchers not only improve their current work but also develop the skills, connections, and mindset necessary for their future academic and professional careers.
During the panel, doctoral researchers will present their projects to fellow early-career researchers, fostering the exchange of ideas, methodologies, and interdisciplinary perspectives. This peer-to-peer interaction will enhance mutual learning and help refine research approaches (Fostering Peer-to-Peer Learning). It will not only illuminate the current state of research but also highlight emerging trends and challenges shaping the academic landscape (Highlighting Emerging Research Trends). Additionally, it will create networking opportunities among doctoral researchers and senior researchers, building connections that could lead to future collaborations, mentoring opportunities, or research partnerships (Building Academic Networks). Finally, this track panel will provide feedback that may include methodological suggestions, theoretical insights, and practical advice on overcoming research challenges (Receiving Constructive Feedback).

Besides the presentations, the session will include panel discussions or round-table discussions to facilitate the exchange of ideas and thoughts on the problems presented. Another aim of the session is to further and more intensively engage in disseminating the results of research in the relevant area, specifically the dyad: electromagnetic field and biological organism.
Papers will address, but are not limited to, themes and topics such as the biological and physical foundations of bioelectromagnetic phenomena, electromagnetism in medical practice, electromagnetic hazards, applications of electromagnetic fields in bioengineering, and computer simulations of electromagnetic fields in biological matter, including agriculture and the food industry.
